We take pride in being students of our craft, trendsetters who maintain a solid foundation in the fundamentals of marketing. We are all spread out but work hard anywhere. We also believe in the question, “How may we help you?”
Michelle Johannes, President
Michelle Johannes is the founder of MJ Communication. She has an extensive background in writing, producing, social media management, event planning, public relations and keeping high-end customers happy. But what she really loves is her family and her friends. Everything she does is for them. When you're her client she treats you as her friend. She's fiercely loyal and will do whatever it takes to make sure her clients, her friends, are taken care of.
Prior to starting her own company, she was the Membership and Marketing Director at Rogue Valley Country Club, the Marketing and Promotions Manager for KEZI-TV and the Small Market Representative for the ABC Affiliate Group representing 100 small markets to ABC News and ABC Entertainment.
Michelle grew up in Medford and graduated with a Journalism and Communication degree from the University of Oregon.

Reena White
A detail-oriented person by nature, Reena believes the smallest detail can change the look, feel, delivery and bring life to an event or project. She prides herself on remembering random facts about people and feels this allows for a more personal connection with individuals and businesses.
When she's not planning events, organizing schedules or assisting her sister (who happens to be Michelle Johannes) in projects, you can find her running, not walking, after her 4 busy boys and trying to squeeze a round of golf in with her husband, Jimmy.
Rebecca Scott
Rebecca loves to write. It doesn't matter if it's a blog, article, website or social media content for businesses and magazines- she does it all. She has a background in marketing, digital advertising, social media and writing. Her passion is writing unique, quality content, and bringing experiences to life on the page. If not working, you'll find her reading a good book while sipping her favorite cup of tea or playing with her Lab, Rory.
Bridgette Fehr
Bridgette has a passion for words. While she started with a love for writing poetry and fiction, she found enjoyment in developing the craft for non-fiction writing and graduated from Arizona State University with a Technical Writing degree. Bridgette is also competitive with herself, always wanting to be the best that she can be. This trait has given her a knack for persuasive writing, and she hopes to get into grant writing, where she can persuade her way into the hearts of funders. She often has to balance her laptop on her knees as her special needs cat, Little Man, is usually curled up in her lap.
Brandon Bullas
Brandon is a graphic designer who started his career in marketing. After working in the printing industry for a year, Brandon went back to school to get a master's degree focused on advertising and design. After graduating, he moved to New York City and started a full time role in sports as a graphic designer. During 2020, Brandon focused much of his creative ability partnering with local hospitals to create marketing campaigns within his organization.

ABOUT THE MJ LOGO
Our circles tell our story. At our very core, we are communicators.
For our founder, Michelle Johannes. Family, connection and staying true to our roots. Script fonts are used to express creativity and emotions.
Communication; it's what we do. We are communicators. The small, uppercase font is used to draw attention to the most important word: COMMUNICATION.
Circles denote unity, wholeness,
warmth,
comprehensiveness, integrity and all -inclusiveness. The circle is one of the least commonly used shapes in logo design; therefore it does attract attention just for being different.
Teal combines the calming properties of blue with the renewal qualities of green. It is a revitalizing and rejuvenating color that also represents open communication and clarity of thought. Blue relates to trust, honesty and dependability, therefore helping to build customer loyalty. It provides a sense of security and stimulates productivity.
